Accessing the Platform

Navigate to https://insights.liragen.com in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge are recommended).

You can also reach the platform from the main Liragen website at https://liragen.com by clicking Insights in the top navigation menu, then clicking Open Link on the Insights page.

Logging In

When you open the platform, you will see a Login Required screen with two fields:

• Username — Enter the username provided to you by Liragen.
• Password — Enter your password. You can click the eye icon next to the password field to toggle password visibility.

Press Enter to authenticate. If your credentials are incorrect, an "Invalid credentials" message will appear in red. Double-check your username and password and try again. If you continue to experience issues, contact Liragen support.

After Login

Once authenticated, you will see your username displayed in the upper-left corner of the sidebar along with a Logout button. Below that, a Project dropdown lets you select which analysis project to view.

The platform loads the Instruction tab by default, which provides a quick-start guide. You can then navigate to any visualization tab to begin exploring your data.

Logging Out

Click the Logout button in the upper-left corner of the sidebar (next to your username) to end your session and return to the login screen.
